You will be the bridge between our products and the clients.
Your primary responsibility is to interact with customers and potential customers, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings, and fostering positive relationships that encourage repeat business. Your day-to-day tasks will revolve around managing inquiries, making proactive outreach to warm leads, and assisting customers on-premise.
The goal is to ensure our customers receive unparalleled service and gain a thorough understanding of our products which in turn will drive sales and uphold the reputation of our brand.

Responsibilities:
- Customer Inquiries
- Respond to customer inquiries received via phone, email, and social media, providing accurate and timely information.
- Provide follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining detailed customer records
- Resolve customer issues and concerns professionally with the goal of first call resolution
- Outbound Engagement
- Conduct outbound calls to warm leads generated from our website, social media, and email campaigns to gauge interest and explain our product offerings.
- Nurture relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards the most suitable products.
- On-premise Customer Assistance
- Assist customers who visit our office for product pickup or viewing, ensuring they have a positive experience.
- Provide knowledgeable insights about our products, demonstrating how they meet the customers' needs.
- Product Knowledge
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Explain technical product details clearly to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role
- Preference for phone based communication over other mediums
- Ability to grasp and explain technical product information
- Able to handle a large volume of inquiries and customers every day
- A technical mindset would be beneficial
